Yes. Guests can bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol. Please inform the team in advance so the crew can advise on storage, setup and onboard arrangements.
Which route is best for families with children?
Khai Island and Coral Island routes are best for families with children due to their calm sea conditions, short boat transfer time, and shallow, safe swimming areas. Both locations offer easy beach access, soft sandy shores, and relaxed water activities suitable for kids and non-swimmers.
Can children join ?
Yes. Children can join with proper supervision. Life jackets are provided, and the floating pool and water activities can be planned based on sea conditions.
Can we play music or arrange a private party onboard?
Yes. Music onboard and a private party atmosphere can be arranged by request. Guests should follow yacht rules, crew guidance and suitable volume levels during the trip.
Do you offer vegetarian meals?
Yes. Vegetarian meal options can be discussed in advance. Please share dietary needs before booking so suitable arrangements can be checked.
Weather & Safety Policy
Please note that sea conditions may vary. Our captain will recheck the weather conditions one day prior to departure.
If the weather is deemed unfavorable, we may recommend adjusting the route, rescheduling the trip, or canceling the charter.
In the event of sudden weather changes on the day of the trip, the captain reserves the right to modify the route at any time, with guest safety as the top priority.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a private charter booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable.
If cancellation is required due to personal reasons, at least one month’s advance notice is required in order to qualify for a full cancellation without penalty.
Cancellations made outside this timeframe are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Departure Time Policy
Guests are required to depart strictly according to the agreed schedule.
If departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the overall duration of the trip may be shortened.
However, the vessel will return to the pier at the originally scheduled time, and the return time will not be extended.
