Seasonal Island Closures: Maya Bay is closed for ecological conservation from August 1 to September 30. During this time, extended time will be given at alternative stops.
Rainy Season Adjustments: From May to October, sea conditions may affect tour routes. The captain may adjust or cancel stops due to safety concerns. These changes are non-refundable and fall under force majeure.
