Booking Notes
– Be punctual at the hotel lobby according to the confirmed time. Delays count toward your charter time.
– Confirm your route in advance. Same-day changes may incur extra charges. Route sequence may be adjusted.
– Overtime >15 minutes is charged as 1 hour. Night charges (200–500 THB/hour) may apply after 22:00.
– Airport transfers must be booked separately. Waiting time counts toward total charter duration.
– Respect temple dress codes: no sleeveless tops, exposed shoulders, shorts, or mini skirts.
– Confirm passenger and luggage count in advance. Unbooked additions may be refused.
– Keep personal belongings secure. Returns by driver incur extra charges.
– All passengers must wear seat belts. No smoking, drinking, or durians allowed in the car.
– Damage or soiling (e.g., vomiting) may incur compensation or cleaning fees.
– Drivers speak basic English/Chinese. For help, contact our support team.
– Motion sickness medicine is recommended for sensitive travelers.
– Tips are not included; gratuity is appreciated if satisfied with the service.
