Airport Pickup Instructions
Phuket International Airport has two terminals: International (new) and Domestic (old).
– Domestic Arrivals: After baggage claim, proceed to Gate 1. Look for your name or a “Seven Plus Travel” sign held near the railing across from PP Mart.
– International Arrivals: After collecting luggage, go to Gate 3. Our staff will be waiting on the right-hand side near the railing with a sign.
Free Waiting Time:
– International flights: up to 120 minutes
– Domestic flights: up to 90 minutes
– Overtime fees apply beyond the free waiting time – please contact customer service if you need an extension.
Airport Drop-off Instructions
– The driver will wait in your hotel lobby for up to 10 minutes at the scheduled time.
– Drop-off time cannot be changed on the day.
– Cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
– For pickup location changes, notify us at least 5 hours in advance.
– Please provide the correct hotel address and phone number. We are not responsible for missed flights due to incorrect information.
